Hi Mathieu,

The best advice I could give you is to sand those knots even further down. Solid stain doesn’t penetrate as deep as a transparent stain will. You should be able to sand it down enough to fully remove the previous coating.

Stained with a transparent oil stain. My situation is that when i applied the stain the old blueish solid stain came through the stain at knots area.
Any suggestions on what to do or what i dis wrong!
